Theory Tucker is an American Rapper/Producer/Songwriter/Creative Visionary from Mansfield, Ohio. Born Joshua Banks on November 4.

 

While attending High School, in the early 2000s, in Raleigh, NC, he cyphered and practiced with local rappers, honing his craft. After releasing a few collaborative mixtapes from 2005-2007, Tuck took some time off to see what life was about.

 

In 2011, after mixtape releases, here and there, under the “Yung Banks” rebrand, Tuck decided it was time to get serious with his music, again. Undergoing yet another rebrand, and writing relentlessly, Tuck released multiple mixtapes in a span of 8 months, showcasing the versatility and life experiences of the Hungry Hip Hop Purist.

 

Coming with a vibe and style that no one can quite put a finger on, Tuck is set to shift the way Hip-Hop is talked about for the better.

 

Tuck is currently recording his debut album: Linda. Release date TBA.
